Terms & Conditions

Treatments limited to one per day, per member. Additional treatments or time can be booked with a 25% privilege. Membership and Treatments are non-transferable or refundable. Bookings are subject to availability and advance reservations recommended to avoid disappointment. Reservations cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or no shows will incur a two week hold on future bookings. Complimentary Spa Treatments are not available on Saturday or Sunday and exclude; Public Holidays, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, 23 December to 2 January inclusive. Spa lockers are for on the day use only
