Reservations should be made at least 14 days in advance. Spa treatments are available for adults over the age of 18 years, however, during exclusive use events, children over the age of 12 years are welcome when accompanied by an adult during any spa treatments. Children’s parties can be catered for with mini massages and facials. Children below 12 years of age will be offered 30-minute facial and massage treatments. Children under the age of 16 years are not permitted in the spa thermal areas for health and safety reasons. Use of the indoor swimming pool can be accommodated, although it will not be exclusive. Advance payment is required, and a 14-day cancellation policy applies. Cancellations with 10-13 days' notice will incur a 25% cancellation fee, 7-10 days a 50% cancellation fee, and 0-7 days a 100% cancellation fee.
