Bask in an assortment of refreshing creations, encapsulating the tropical flavours of six unique citrus varieties from the newly-introduced Citrus Afternoon Tea at The Grand Lobby. Raffles Hotel Singapore invites guests to explore an aromatic spectrum of citrus flavours, featuring kaffir lime, pink pomelo, cedrat, finger lime, and yuzu sourced from across Asia, Australia, and France. Artfully curated by Executive Pastry Chef Tai Chien Lin, savour an inventive combination of each citrus element masterfully woven into an opulent spread of citrus-infused desserts, paired alongside well-loved savoury creations and home-baked scones.
