Rumari is proud to present a culinary collaboration with Chef Chudaree “Tam” Debhakam, the visionary behind Baan Tepa in Bangkok. Renowned for her ability to blend tradition with innovation, Chef Tam’s sustainable, farm-to-table philosophy perfectly aligns with Rumari’s commitment to sourcing locally.
As the world’s first Thai female chef to earn two Michelin stars and the inaugural champion of Top Chef Thailand, Chef Tam is celebrated for redefining Thai gastronomy with her eco-conscious and contemporary interpretations of traditional flavours.
This exclusive Rumari & Friends event features a curated menu that harmonises Chef Tam’s culinary artistry with Rumari’s refined dining ethos, promising an unforgettable celebration of heritage, innovation, and excellence.
