Meet our Chef
Chef Gaetan Biesuz creates progressive Southeast Asian cuisine. For breakfast, international favourites are offered alongside Indonesian specialities. Every dish is crafted using the finest seasonal ingredients, 80% of which are from farmers across the Indonesian archipelago, with many exotic herbs, fruits and vegetables grown in the resort’s own Farm Terrace garden.
